 Admission Cycle

Academic year starts from March of the year to February next year as per National Open Board/NIOS guidelines .


Admissions are invited by October of the year for the next academic year for all classes from  Pre-KG L.K.G, U.K.G  and Standard I to VIII/IX /Secondary and Sr.Secondary levels.


BAALYAA also admits pupils during Vijaya Dashami(Dussehra) seasons. The Vijaya Dashami (Dussehara) admissions are invited for Nursery/Pre-KG,L.K.G and U.K.G in August of each year.


Admission Form can be procured from the School Office.

Pre-KG/Nursery: 9.00 AM-12.00 PM


LKG; 9.00 AM-12.00 PM


UKG: 9.00 AM- 3.00 PM


I-V: 9.00 AM-3.00 PM


VI-VIII and above: 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM

*Timings might change based upon the introduction of vocational   education for higher classes from VI onwards. For students: Five Days a week, Saturday working on exceptions.

School Academic Sessions & reporting

The academic year is divided into TWO terms for all levels .I term: March-August, II term: September-February. School has half yearly examination and Final examination .There will be a minimum of  4  tests ,which is called Performance Assessment tests (PAs). All the tests and examinations will have a scholastic and co-scholastic component .The report card is designed to reflect the components. The report card has both grades and percentage marks.This as per the guidelines of Central Board.

FEE payment and Admission policy

The policies are given in the handbook  and also the fee payment cycle. Parents can get the particulars from the school office.  There is no donation and admission fee .Fees once paid will not be refunded as the components are put under different heads. Fee payments can be made by Credit cards.

Admissions are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. We strongly recommend that a parent adheres to the age criteria mentioned above. However the school management may make exceptions on a case-to-case basis after a detailed discussion with the parent. In all cases, the school management reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to keep a student in a particular class or to suggest a different class.


We need the following documents for admissions

· 5 passport size photographs .

· A copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card (compulsory), Election identity card,Gas Connection, Telephone Connection records etc.)

· A copy of a document that establishes child’s Age Proof (Birth Certificate, Passport etc.)


· Affordable Fee

· Admission to Standard I to IX allowed during May based on the Entrance Examination

· Art and Craft, computer Education, sports

· Career oriented subjects from IX to XII

· Preparation of students to face public competitive examinations from VI
