LKG : 9.00 AM-12.00 PM

UKG : 9.00 AM- 3.00 PM

I-V : 9.00 AM-3.00 PM

VI-VIII and above : 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM

*Timings might change based upon the introduction of vocational education for higher classes from VI onwards.

For students: Five Days a week, Saturday working on exceptions.

Admission Cycle starts from April of the year to March next year as per Board guidelines for regular stream.

Admissions are invited by October of the year for the next academic year for all classes From Pre-KG , LKG , UKG and Standard I to VIII , Secondary ( IX - X ) and Sr. Secondary Level ( XI - XII )

School Academic Sessions & reporting on BAALYAA SSS

There will be internal assessment (IAs) examinations conducted in each of the semesters along with Half Yearly and Annual Examinations. In addition to continuous assessments in scholastic areas, a pupil is eligible to the higher class on the basis of the performance in co-scholastic areas also during the whole year. The students not clearing subject (s) will be marked SYC( Subject Yet to Clear) and have to rewrite the examination on the subject. The student has to get 33% in each subject to pass finally. The school follows Progressive pattern of assessment asides its own instructional methodology involving integration and differentiation techniques. The report card is designed to reflect the components. The report card has both grades and percentage marks. This as per the guidelines

Other Important Points about our Admissions Policy & Process

Admissions are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. We strongly recommend that a parent adheres to the age criteria mentioned above. However the school management may make exceptions on a case-to-case basis after a detailed discussion with the parent. In all cases, the school management reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to keep a student in a particular class or to suggest a different class

We need the following documents for admissions

• 5 passport size photographs .

• A copy of Address Proof (Aadhaar Card (as Identity), Election identity card, Gas Connection, Telephone Connection records etc.)

• A copy of a document that establishes child’s Age Proof (Birth Certificate, Passport etc.), Community Certificate

FEE payment and Admission policy

The policies are given in the handbook and also the fee payment cycle. Parents can get the particulars from the school office. There is no donation .Fees once paid will not be refunded as the components are put under different heads. Fee Payment can be made by Cash / NEFT / QR.
