Ananthakrishnan Parthasarathy (Ananth) is a social entrepreneur and Director of the school .. He is a B. Tech (Chemical Engg.) from National Institute Of Technology, Warangal (AP), Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering with specialization IT& MIS from National Productivity Council, India and an accredited industrial Engineer (conferred M.I.I.E) from Indian Institution Of Industrial Engineering. He has got leadership and best speaker awards from Toast Master Club international. He has worked at higher levels in various corporate like TCS, CBSI, Covansys and other multinationals and witnessed computer mediation from start to end. He was with Ventureast,Hyderabad, a Venture Capital firm as Operations Head. He has headed Global Task Force initiatives of Ministry of Industrial Development, Government of India. He is the study co-coordinator for National Board. He has also authored articles which were published in journals. He is widely travelled in India and Abroad. He is Six Sigma Green belt holder .

Mrs. Rama Ananthakrishnan has been associated with education and training for more than 20 years. She is B.Com, B.Ed and is Montessori trained academic. She has earned certificate in “Women entrepreneur management” from Indian School Of Business (ISB)”, Hyderabad and entrepreneur certificate from Small Industries Institute under its entrepreneurs development programme. Having witnessed and guided the various institutions in developing basic skills in the children in the formative years, she is the Principal of BAALYAA Senior Secondary School (BSSS), Chennai. She also runs BAALYAA Education And Training Centre (BETC) to impart student centric training to the teachers. She has been socially active and is the managing trustee of Vishvodayaa Trust-a social service charitable trust. She is involved in training and educating the poor for self-employment. She is the proprietor of Axis Enterprise Solutions and Services (AXIS) a services and solutions company reg istered under smallscale industry

Mrs. Charanya Sharad is a B.Tech in Bioinformatics from Satyabhama University. After graduation, she worked with Wipro Technologies in India and UK for their BFSI clients. She has implemented Computer mediated technologies in BFSI space She also has diploma in elementary Education, (D.El.Ed.).GOI. She has undertaken teaching and training assignments also. She is a trained classical singer, cultural organizer.
